You own the influencer channel end-to-end, including defining the strategy, setting operational priorities, and building the operating model to scale profitable new-customer growth
You lead the execution engine – from seeding and contracting new creators (fixed-fee and commission-based) to briefing, content planning, analysis, and optimization for both traditional influencer marketing and partnership ads (amplified via paid social channels)
You direct budget allocation and forecasting, and manage performance based on key KPIs (e.g., Reach, CPM, CTR, CVR, NC, CAC) – making data-driven decisions and providing clear guidelines to the team for creator sourcing, selection, investment, and scaling opportunities
You lead weekly performance analyses and creator/content reviews with structured reporting, and run additional deep dives as needed, translating insights into clear, actionable optimization measures
You manage and develop a small team, set clear priorities, and continuously improve processes, tools, and infrastructure – with a strong focus on AI and automation
You collaborate closely with Paid Social, Data/Analytics, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless execution of activations, including Partnership Ads across the funnel
You monitor market trends, competitors, and best practices across D2C and e-commerce, proactively identifying and testing new growth opportunities and approaches

You have strong ownership and drive to scale – you take initiative, remain persistent in challenging times, and continuously seek new solutions and creative approaches to unlock further growth
