Manage and execute the full life cycle recruiting and selection process
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and pre-employment checks
Oversee the development of initial job descriptions and ensure they are approved and posted
Collaborate with hiring manager to understand position requirements and provide guidance
Build candidate pipeline through targeted advertising, employee referrals, and networking
Engage passive job seekers to explore new career opportunities
Review resumes and other credentials and coordinate in-person interviews
Complete reference checks and verify academic and professional credentials
Provide employment recommendations and prepare approval packages based on candidate qualifications
Analyze recruitment process performance and prepare recruitment dashboards
Analyze performance of recruitment agencies and recommend changes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university, preference given to candidates with a Business, engineering or computer science degree.
8-10 years of experience with a successful track record in corporate or agency recruiting
CHRP certification would be considered an asset for this role.
Full-cycle technical recruiting experience in IT, Telecommunications and Engineering would be considered an asset for this role
Bilingual French/English would be an asset for this role.
