Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture — mapping, optimising, and systemising every stage from first touch to closed deal.
Configure, maintain, and continuously improve the CRM (Bitrix24) — pipelines, automations, fields, workflows, and integrations.
Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks, enrich data, and accelerate decision-making.
Own the technical architecture of email marketing — sequences, segmentation logic, trigger rules, and tooling — in close collaboration with content owners.
Build and operate lead generation automations — prospecting workflows, data sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and outreach sequencing.
Ensure data quality and reporting integrity across all sales tooling, giving leadership clear visibility on pipeline health and funnel performance.
Requirements
3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a growth engineering role — ideally in a digital-native or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on CRM configuration experience with proven ability to migrate and adapt platforms (Bitrix24 a plus).
Practical experience building AI-powered workflows or agents — not just using tools, but architecting solutions with them.
Highly systematic thinker — able to document processes, identify failure points, and close gaps without hand-holding.
Strong bias for automation over manual work — if something is done twice, it should be automated.
Tight prioritisation — few things, done properly, with measurable outcomes.
Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus.
