About this role
Role Overview
As a Junior Technical Solutions Engineer (or working student) at Linkster, you will work closely with our CTO and play a central role in resolving technical issues related to our product — the Linkster Influencer Performance Cloud.
You will act as the bridge between Customer Success, customers, and Engineering, ensuring technical challenges are resolved efficiently and cleanly.
You will analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team (e.g., bugs, data issues, logic questions).
You will independently familiarize yourself with existing codebases and identify root causes of technical problems.
You will communicate proactively with Customer Success and customers to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly.
You will use a modern development stack including AI to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
You will assist with feature adjustments and technical optimizations of our platform (Frontend: Angular, Backend: Ruby on Rails).
You will work closely with our CTO and gradually take on more responsibility for technical implementation.
Requirements
You have drive and a desire to solve technical problems independently.
You have experience in programming (for example through studies, projects, or internships).
Ideally experienced with Ruby (on Rails), JS frontend frameworks (such as Angular), RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (such as Postgres).
You are strong in communication and can explain clearly to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., customers, Customer Success).
You have strong analytical skills and approach problems in a structured way.
You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
As a working student, you can commit to 15–20 hours per week, or you are available for a full-time role.
