About this role
Role Overview
- Execute Terrabis’ social media content across Instagram and TikTok
- Produce 20–30 posts per month
- Shoot, edit, and design content
- Maintain the monthly content calendar
- Ensure all content adheres to Terrabis brand guidelines
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions
- Identify and engage with relevant conversations and local events
- Grow follower counts and engagement rates through organic strategies
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on integrated campaigns
- Track and report on key social metrics
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience executing social media for a brand, agency, or in-house team
- Cannabis industry experience required
- Strong creative eye with hands-on experience producing short-form video
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Comfort with social analytics tools (native platform insights, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a content calendar independently
- Passion for community building and authentic storytelling
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content ideation and creative workflow
