Assist in developing and implementing the HR strategy for maritime lines, supporting four HRBPs.
Coordinate and oversee the intern/apprentice community to ensure proper integration and wellbeing within the company.
Support HRBPs in talent management and tracking (people review, graduates, VIE).
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (training plan, group job reference, skills management, employer branding, etc.).
Coordinate recruitment needs for the perimeter, as well as onboarding and training of new employees.
Ensure accurate follow-up of employee administrative processes in coordination with the payroll team (employment contracts, payroll, absence management, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor (3rd year) or first-year Master’s (Bac+3/4) in Human Resources
