Support the further development of our “Trusted Partner” approach — work closely with our legal teams to identify growth opportunities, market trends and new business potential based on continuous market and competitor analyses
Design and implement internal sales initiatives, including structured market outreach and raising awareness and training for our lawyers on sales‑relevant topics
Support key-account activities and actively maintain and develop existing client relationships
Prepare, coordinate and quality‑assure compelling proposals, pitches and presentations for our national and international practice groups
Internal and external networking, including targeted positioning of our services and building and maintaining strategic partnerships
Systematic development and tracking of a sales pipeline, as well as maintenance, analysis and further development of our CRM database
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field
Initial relevant professional experience in marketing, business development, sales or project management, ideally in a B2B or professional‑services context (e.g., law firm, consultancy, auditing)
Strong analytical thinking and a good sense for market and business potential
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness, combined with a confident presence and diplomatic assertiveness
Very strong, stylistically assured verbal and written communication skills and a professional, service‑oriented manner with internal and external stakeholders
Structured, independent and meticulous working style with a high standard of quality and sense of responsibility
Excellent user skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and solid experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign and modern AI‑powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
