Role Overview
Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the team
Prepare design-ready assets (resize, reformat, export, version control) using templates
Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders
Support Google account provisioning and access setup for new employees
Assist with social media and email marketing support (posting, scheduling, formatting)
Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns
Provide general admin support (meeting notes, simple research, follow-ups)
Requirements
Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered
Experience supporting marketing teams in a VA/Coordinator capacity
