Product Manager – Home Care/Personal Care Line

Role Overview

• Supplier prospecting and development;
• Commercial negotiation and cost determination;
• Management of the complete product development cycle;
• Understanding and management of Foreign Trade processes (import);
• Preparation of briefs for packaging and product identity;
• Critical analysis of product quality, functionality, and feasibility;
• Supplier evaluation and approval;
• Interface with internal departments (marketing, logistics, sales);
• Support for launch strategy and positioning on marketplaces.

Requirements

• Fluent English (essential for international negotiation);
• Proven experience in product development with suppliers;
• Practical knowledge of import and Foreign Trade;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Analytical mindset and sharp critical thinking;
• Experience in the relevant product line.
