Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist

Role Overview

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each patient is connected to the right ongoing care
• Develop individualized treatment plans that establish a strong clinical foundation
• Invest in first impressions by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients and families

Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Virginia
• Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care to children and adolescent patients
• Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
