About this role
Role Overview
Manage day-to-day operations of the Community talent pipeline, including reviewing applicants and identifying candidates that match current hiring needs
Coordinate the hiring process from application to onboarding, including moving candidates through stages, communicating next steps, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of successful candidates
Conduct interviews with applicants to assess role fit and technical proficiency using established interview processes and evaluation criteria
Support onboarding of new Community members, including communication and follow-up to ensure all steps and documentation are completed
Track referrals and partnership activities to help keep recruitment data organized and up to date
Support the identification and coordination of external recruitment partnerships to help grow the Community talent pipeline
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, and keep records and tracking up to date
Comfortable coordinating hiring and onboarding activities in a remote work environment
Comfortable conducting structured interviews using established processes and evaluation criteria
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, partnerships, coordination, or other process-driven administrative work is an asset
Experience using documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365) to manage data and day-to-day work
CRM experience is an asset
Familiarity with disability, accessibility, assistive technology, or community-based work is a strong asset
