Overseeing the respective pillar Product Managers, lead the product strategy and vision for the Ingestion, Consumption, and Activation teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Collaborate with the Product Lead to define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
Manage and mentor the Ingestion, Consumption, and Activation Product Managers, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that inform product development.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, architecture, go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, translating them into actionable product requirements.
Champion a customer-centric approach within the product team, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of product decisions.
Prepare and present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment, with a track record of successful product launches.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of product managers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience in agile product development methodologies and project management.
