Evaluate, design, develop, test, and oversee the procurement, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of electrical components in medium
and low-voltage electrical systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for electrical infrastructure across mission-critical facilities.
Identify operational and security gaps in electrical systems that may impact mission-critical operations.
Develop master plans and mitigation strategies to improve resiliency and reduce operational risk.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and government partners to install, repair, commission, and maintain electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices through technical analysis and specification development.
Perform electrical system calculations and develop technical specifications and engineering documentation.
Develop and implement maintenance and testing procedures for electrical and electronic components.
Support coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on infrastructure modernization projects.
Requirements
Active Top Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience supporting medium
and low-voltage electrical distribution systems, infrastructure management, or power engineering.
Experience designing or assessing electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, including generator and battery backup systems.
Experience working with SCADA systems, power metering, and electrical automation systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering codes and standards.
Proficiency with engineering design and calculation software.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
