About this role

Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program
Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions
Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate transformation program’s readiness
Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, and sustain the change
Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes
Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent
12+ years of relevant experience leading cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
Lean Six Sigma black/green belt or equivalent improvement framework
Exposure to Digital Transformation & AI led solutioning
Change management certification or experience
Management Consulting experience
Advanced facilitation skills.
