Accountable for coordinating and guaranteeing that the right long form version is created on time for all streaming, networks and affiliate platforms
Responsible for initial material research and collaborate closely with the Content Onboarding team
Provide work-order demand signals and to track and ensure content is prepped and ready for broadcast, publish or VOD distribution
Ensure multiple internal software tracking and material management systems are live with relevant data
Communicate the relevant versions/cases and manage them through all required activities
Collaborate with Global Content Planning and Operations team regarding content
Maintain live system records, keeping these accurate and up to date
Raise demand signals to the respective GCO CoE’s, Content Onboarding and Global GCO teams
Escalate any deviation to the programming plans to relevant programming teams to support a collaborative discussion
Ensure that all content is successfully handed over to the Global Content Distribution Operations team
Requirements
2 years experience of the broadcast industry in a relevant operational role
Computer literate, intermediate excel skills, word, previous use of broadcasting systems preferable
Excellent organisational/administrative skills
Attention to detail is essential
The ability to prioritise and effectively manage a large number of different projects, clients and vendors simultaneously and prioritising as necessary
Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player
Flexibility and ability to adapt to different demands
Initiative, proactivity and motivation
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and oral
