Role Overview
- Support the UX vision and strategy established by project leadership in alignment with business objectives
- Build empathy with users through research insights and participatory design
- Ideate to develop designs and solve user experience problems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate user experiences
- Review designs with quality assurance and development teams
- Clearly communicate design process and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating your design process and deliverables
- Must reside in the US and be authorized to work in the US
- Must have resided in the US 3 of the last 5 years
- Must be eligible for public trust
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred
- 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred
- Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred
- Active or past clearance to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the US Department of Health and Human Services
