Support the execution of strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle
Drive coordination, organization, and accountability across cross-functional teams
Serve as a central point of coordination for transformation efforts
Maintain visibility, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through across all active workstreams
Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings
Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items
Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
Serve as a coordination point between stakeholders
Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to leadership
Prepare regular status reports and dashboards
Highlight key risks, dependencies, and areas needing attention
Support executive-level summaries and updates
Support Standardize templates and tracking tools
Maintain organized project documentation
Support implementation of structured program management processes

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with strong project/program management focus
Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations
Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
Excellent communication skills
Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or operations (preferred)
Exposure to revenue cycle processes (not required)
Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet (preferred)
