About this role
Role Overview
- supports the Brand Communications team in Corporate Communications
- plans and executes internal newsletters and events
- responsible for Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Volunteering projects
- plans and conducts events
- implements internal communications, such as the monthly newsletter
- works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- administrative tasks
- supports monitoring and global reporting tasks
- assists others in the Corporate & Brand Communications team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Political Science, or a related field
- initial professional experience in communications or marketing is an advantage
- fluent German and English; French is a plus
- confident user of MS Office
- experience in project management
- interest in technology and innovation
- team player with excellent communication skills
- high level of responsibility and commitment
- able to work independently, in a structured and proactive manner
