Role Overview
- Responsible for managing and leading the operations for core distribution and 3PL facilities
- Oversees talent strategy of the operations function
- Assures regulatory compliance with various Federal and State regulatory agencies
- Ensure quality and service standards are maintained
- Develop and build leadership talent and capability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office suite, Internet and Outlook
