Role Overview
Identify enterprise-level brands and media agency partners aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voice
Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders and decision-makers
Leverage AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate prospect research, personalize outreach at scale, and streamline pipeline workflows
Book qualified sales meetings for the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships
Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within a media company, publisher, agency, or advertising environment
Demonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and scheduling with senior executives
Hands-on experience using AI agents and assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools) in a professional context — for research, writing, workflow automation, or productivity
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
