Responsible for profitable growth and development of Account Executives and Insurance Sales Professionals.
Implement strategic and tactical objectives related to Zurich's overall sales strategy.
Analyze and provide strategic direction to Sales Professionals to advance Zurich's position in the marketplace.
Drive sales efforts in the field and represent the Zurich Team in leadership meetings.
Oversee cross-team sales initiatives as needed and maintain responsibility for customer issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Outside Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Outside Sales area.
Experience with the principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
Experience working within a regulatory environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience analyzing financial statements and reports.
Licensed to sell insurance products.
