Lead backend engineering with strict operational targets for uptime, data integrity, quality, stability, test coverage, processing latency, release stability, security, and incident response.
Ensure infrastructure efficiency and backend cost awareness across AWS/GCP-dependent systems.
Strong backend engineering background in production systems and prior experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience designing and operating microservices at scale in complex production environments.
Strong experience with event-driven systems; event sourcing experience is ideal.
Strong hands-on experience with backend Python lambda services development.
Strong experience with AWS serverless and distributed lambda based backend architectures and cost control.
Data modeling and persistence experience with PostgreSQL and document/NoSQL-style stores, blob storage.
Strong experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices, ensuring code quality and security.
Experience improving release stability, test coverage, and secure SDLC practices in a live product environment.
Experience in observability, production support, incident handling, debugging, and operational ownership in event-driven systems with emphasis on availability, stability and performance.
Ability to ensure performance, reliability, code coverage, and stability in production environments.
Testing experience in distributed systems unit testing, integration, contract, API, E2E, performance.
Experience working with third-party and internal integrations.
Strong communication skills in English.
Strong experience leading technical delivery in Agile teams.
