Manage immersion programs from concept to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting business objectives.
Maintain program plans, and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program objectives.
Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive program innovation and program improvement.
Collaborate with other program managers to share best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive program excellence.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Certification in Project Management.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.
Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
