Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
Lead small to medium-sized projects by translating requirements into technical deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
Support continuous integration and delivery by automating routine tasks and implementing telemetry features.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical direction and documentation.
Monitor application performance and implement maintenance and enhancements to ensure reliability.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and Java development within complex software environments.
Strong technical acumen in platform design, API development, and component services.
Proven expertise in Big Data, Hadoop and Apache Spark.
Experience with iterative and incremental development methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
Strong Experience in GraphQL.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
Skilled in writing clear, documentation-based code and performing comprehensive unit and regression testing.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
