Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support business analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate them into efficient data models and architectures.
Extract, transform, and integrate data from internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Implement and optimize data storage solutions using cloud platforms and big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Kafka.
Analyze complex data flows and system integrations to propose effective solutions and improvements.
Develop, test, and deploy code to automate data processing and support data governance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related field, or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related field, or Master's degree in Computer Science and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
3 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
7–10+ years of experience in data engineering, building and operating large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant data platforms.
Deep expertise in cloud-native data ecosystems (GCP or Azure preferred), including services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, or equivalent.
Proven track record of designing data architectures that scale across multiple teams and use cases, including batch, streaming, and hybrid systems.
Strong understanding of agent-consumable data patterns, including semantic modeling, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and context enrichment strategies.
Expert-level skills in data modeling and system design.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with LLM-enabled systems.
Advanced knowledge of data governance and trust frameworks.
Fluency in Python, Java, or Scala, with a strong engineering mindset around testability, maintainability, and performance.
Expert SQL skills and experience optimizing analytical workloads across massive datasets.
