Role Overview
- Lead HR Operations and Shared Services analytics across regions
- Deliver standardised, scalable, and high‑quality HR operational reporting to senior leadership
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards covering: Headcount, productivity, and capacity utilisation
- Own workforce planning, demand forecasting, and supply‑demand optimisation models
- Lead the automation of HR Operations reporting and analytics using Power BI, DAX, VBA, ETL, and data models
- Establish and enforce data governance, controls, and reporting standards across HR Operations
- Partner with senior team members to translate business needs into actionable HR operational insights
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience across: HR Operations analytics
- HR Shared Services / Global delivery models
- Workforce planning and operational reporting
- Experience in large, global organisations preferred
- Lean / continuous improvement exposure advantageous
