Designs, develops, modifies, adapts, tests, documents, implements, and supports short
and long-term technology solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, databases, data integrations, and application infrastructure.
Develops and maintains .NET C# applications supporting investment workflows, with emphasis on Private Debt and Syndicated Loans.
Leads complex application development efforts through hands-on engineering expertise, sound judgment, and influence.
Collaborates with portfolio managers, risk teams, operations, and technology partners to translate investment requirements into technical solutions.

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in IT or business / industry, with 3 or more years of leadership experience including mentoring, leading, and guiding engineering staff.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms in financial services with a focus on trading.
Familiarity with generative and agentic development techniques and processes.
