Work cross-functionally to guide complex products from conception to launch by connecting the product vision and specific solutions needed to solve business and customer problems.
Drive end-to-end experience across mobile app/web/desktop platforms, across all business lines that are platform agnostic.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, design and other product teams to reimagine and build GEICO’s Digital Experience to serve the customer service needs in the entire policy lifecycle.
Partner with UX team to drive a stellar experience for our customers.
Own and prioritize short term and long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful.
Create and use compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (ex. Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, Progress Updates, etc.).
Identifying and measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates.
Mentor other Product Managers and help in building a high performing product organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 10+ years of experience in Product Management building complex software and technology products with proven record of accomplishment at large scale.
3+ years owning AI/ML or GenAI products in sustained production, with direct accountability for model outcomes, quality, and business impact
Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered platforms or experiences at enterprise scale, working closely with applied scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to operationalize LLMs, retrieval/RAG, decisioning, or agentic workflows
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of the AI product lifecycle, including problem framing, data strategy, experimentation, model evaluation metrics, risk/controls, and post-launch iteration in regulated or high-trust environments
Experience in building consumer facing online and mobile app products with strong customer focus and ownership mindset.
Builder in mindset with proven experience in managing all aspects of building products throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery to scaling.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change.
