Manage the full lifecycle of student and faculty hardware to ensure devices are configured, updated, and secure.
Maintain and troubleshoot campus IP networks and implement security best practices.
Oversee the management of software subscriptions and licenses, ensuring faculty and students have uninterrupted access to essential educational tools.
Work alongside Senior IT Specialists on infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security audits, gaining exposure to high-level architectural planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Systems Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
Blackbaud Suite Support Experience (Preferred).
Experience with Subscription Management is highly desired.
