Own and manage the end-to-end RFP process: coordinate inputs from across the business, draft and edit responses, maintain a response library, and ensure submissions are polished and on time.
Support the sales team with targeted outreach campaigns, research prospect accounts (asset servicers, asset managers, alternatives), maintain CRM hygiene, and help build pipeline through coordinated prospecting activity.
Coordinate logistics and materials for onboarding new sales team members across NYC and Baltimore: IT setup, calendar coordination, system access, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience.
Coordinate with the London-based Marketing team on conference planning, sponsorship logistics, attendee management, and event follow-up for key industry events (e.g., NASRA, NICSA, AIMA).
Provide logistical and operational support to the Global Head of Sales.
Requirements
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can draft a professional email and represent the team externally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
Self-starter who thrives in a small-team, fast-paced environment and takes ownership without being micromanaged.
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with colleagues in London.
