Support the Tax team on advisory and transactional tax matters across a broad range of sectors
Assist with tax structuring for corporate, finance, real estate and M&A transactions
Carry out tax research and analysis, preparing internal notes and client-facing materials
Draft and review tax documentation, disclosures and correspondence
Engage with colleagues across Corporate, Finance and Real Estate teams on multi-disciplinary matters
Study towards the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, with full exam and study support provided by the firm

Strong academic background with a degree in a business-related discipline (e.g. BESS, B.Comm or similar)
Clear interest in pursuing a career in tax and professional services
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, motivated and willing to learn
Prior exposure to tax, accounting, law or financial services (e.g. internships, electives, work experience)
Commercial awareness and interest in corporate transactions
