Care Advisor, Care Concierge – Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Role Overview

• Assist benefit recipients with navigation of the product platform
• Recommend service offerings and support order completion
• Utilize assessments and community-based resources to achieve care journey goals
• Perform administrative tasks to support planning and organizing benefits
• Answer inbound calls and assist with completing assessments

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience in Public/Community Health or related field preferred
• Passionate about improving health outcomes
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of clerical functions
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Proven experience answering inbound calls
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
