Source-to-Pay Implementation Expertise: Deliver comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects for the Source-to-Pay workstream.
Procurement Transformation Delivery: Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors.
Develop and Drive Opportunities: Lead/support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities through external networks.
Engagement Roles: Manage the project independently in key roles including Functional Design Lead and Project Manager.
Recruitment and Mentorship: Oversee recruitment processes and mentor team members.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and technologies for delivering solutions.
Competency Development: Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives through training and documentation.
Requirements
10 years relevant experience
Prior experience in implementing S2P solutions in various cloud tools and/or ERP systems
Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles
Hands-on experience in leading functional design workshops, creating process flows, testing strategy, identifying test scenarios and scripts, training documents
Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression)
Integration with client ERP's will be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong client management skills and experience in working with global cross-functional teams
Highly self-motivated individual with adaptability in fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on different P2P/CLM technologies/platforms after training
