Interdisciplinary execution and oversight of processes related to the custody of digital assets: transaction management, anti-money laundering & Know-Your-Customer checks, data analysis and reporting.
Management of blockchain transactions for our institutional clients across various custody technologies such as hot wallets and cold wallets.
Analysis and classification of new blockchain protocols, protocol upgrades, staking mechanisms and other technological developments.
Operational design and prototyping of new services, e.g., for staking or DeFi applications.
Continuous improvement and automation of internal processes to increase efficiency and minimize risk.
Building personal, trusted client relationships as a direct and committed point of contact for our partners such as banks and financial institutions.

Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a comparable field.
At least one year of professional experience (including internships) in operational roles with client contact.
Basic interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.
Preferred: experience (including personal) handling cold wallets.
High level of reliability and accuracy when working with numbers and data, even under high pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities in German and English.
Enjoy working in an international, highly motivated team.
