Senior Project Manager – Meetings, Events & Conferences

Role Overview

• You plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
• You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts, delivering unique experiences and ensuring client satisfaction.
• You build and develop client relationships within your projects, provide tailored advice, and lead project meetings.
• You coordinate and manage all suppliers and vendors involved in your events and plan your project teams' resources.
• You price new proposals, monitor budgets, and finalise project billing — including reporting and documentation.
• You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years' professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
