You plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts, delivering unique experiences and ensuring client satisfaction.
You build and develop client relationships within your projects, provide tailored advice, and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all suppliers and vendors involved in your events and plan your project teams' resources.
You price new proposals, monitor budgets, and finalise project billing — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years' professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
