Product responsibility for Billing & ERP
Ownership of the business modules: Contracts, Invoicing/Accounting, Time Tracking and Bookkeeping
Evaluation and further development of operational processes and standards
Identification of functional improvement opportunities
Analysis of business requirements and translation into clear user stories and tickets
Close collaboration with the development team during implementation
Hands-on support throughout the development process
Support with data migrations and assistance during rollouts
Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders

Demonstrable professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on accounting, ERP, billing or comparable B2B software solutions
Strong willingness to take ownership of complex business modules
Experience translating business requirements into actionable user stories, tickets and product improvements
Technical experience in data migration, data analysis and software development
High degree of personal responsibility, strong organizational skills and a pronounced ownership mindset
Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20%)
