Act as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-wide EHR implementation and operations activities.
Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements from stakeholders and end users.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
Support design, build, testing, validation, and deployment of EHR modules and enhancements.
Work on system optimization including workflows, configuration changes, and reporting improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and system design documents.
Collaborate with clinical analysts, IT teams, and business users to define current and future state workflows.
Support user onboarding, training sessions, and end-user support activities.

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT or enterprise application environments
5+ years of experience supporting system analysis, implementation, or application support
5+ years of experience working with healthcare systems, workflows, or clinical applications
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system integration activities
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Experience supporting system testing, validation, and UAT processes
Knowledge of HL7 or healthcare data exchange standards
Strong understanding of SDLC and change management processes
Experience creating business process documentation and workflow diagrams
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field
