Design and implement data science, ML, and AI solutions to support strategic decision-making
Conduct deep-dive ad hoc analyses—both quantitative and qualitative—to inform business hypotheses and guide improvements
Contribute to cross-functional projects involving data science, ML, and AI engineering use cases
Develop knowledge bases from structured and unstructured data sources to support RAG systems and AI agents
Build data applications using frameworks like Streamlit to provide internal stakeholders access to intelligent AI capabilities
Help develop and refine processes to ensure business solutions align with strategic goals
Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Continuously improve existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience building scalable data science solutions (feature engineering, model training/testing, evaluation, deployment, ML operations)
Familiarity with data engineering concepts (data modeling, ETL/ELT, pipelines, storage optimization, governance)
Understanding of software development practices (version control, APIs, testing, deployment)
Experience integrating LLMs into code (prompt engineering, RAG systems, MCP)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Technical writing experience
Hands-on experience with Databricks or PySpark
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence)
