Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for Producer roles across assigned Benefits & Insurance service lines.
Partner with business and divisional leadership to understand market dynamics, hiring needs, and candidate profiles.
Proactively source and cultivate passive candidates using innovative strategies including cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry groups, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment to Producer success factors.
Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring brand consistency and market reach.
Represent CBIZ at networking events, industry functions, and professional associations to build market presence and strengthen the Producer talent pipeline.
Collaborate with researchers and recruiting coordinators to maximize efficiency and recruiter impact.
Research target companies, competitors, and industry trends to inform recruiting strategies.
Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on candidate and business feedback.
Provide market insights to hiring leaders, supporting workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Deliver timely updates to business leaders and recruiting leadership on pipeline progress, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, using data to adjust strategies and improve results.
Contribute to workforce planning dashboards and participate in strategic recruiting initiatives led by the Vice President of Recruiting.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
Build trusted advisor relationships with divisional Business Unit Presidents, sales leadership, and HR partners.
Uphold CBIZ’s reputation in the market by maintaining a professional and engaging presence on social media and networking platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of increasingly responsible HR management experience preferred or high school diploma or GED with 5 years of experience as strong HR generalist background
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution
Proficient use of applicable technology
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi tasking and prioritize
Must have attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
