Design and develop internal tools that make our consultants' work easier
Build and further develop our customer portal (private/retail customers) and our B2B portal (corporate clients)
Integrate and automate processes between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and our web applications
Communicate directly with colleagues, customers and partners to understand requirements and jointly design solutions
Make independent technical decisions: architecture, libraries, tooling
Help shape the technical roadmap — contribute your own ideas instead of just processing tickets

Degree or completed vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Relevant practical experience in software development, ideally in the web environment
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript as well as a modern frontend framework, preferably Vue.js
Experience with Firebase (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Hosting, Authentication) or a comparable Backend-as-a-Service platform is an advantage
Strong plus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and the Microsoft Power Platform
Enjoy interacting directly with customers and partners — you explain technical topics clearly and communicate on equal terms
Self‑initiative and enthusiasm for helping shape products rather than merely implementing specifications
Very good German language skills (minimum C1) are required, as the role involves confident communication with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders
