Support exciting international projects in the area of Global HR Analytics and Master Data: from coordinating interdisciplinary work packages to moderating meetings in English
Independently take on work packages in our projects as an interface between HR and IT and use your analytical skills to develop decision-relevant foundations for the operational day-to-day business in the HR Master Data team
Participate in conceptual project work, for example, designing a future-proof IT data architecture for the HR sector
Optimize strategic, agile, and operational processes in HR Master Data and contribute your creative problem-solving skills
Design training and communication materials, including internal blog posts and intranet presentations
Support collaboration with Schaeffler locations worldwide
Requirements
You are studying in a field such as economics, social sciences, business administration, or a similar discipline, ideally with a focus on business informatics, human resources, marketing, or controlling
You possess excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data
You are interested in HR processes and agile working; initial practical experience in project management is a plus
You are highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
You have excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
You are strong in communication, think creatively, show high commitment, and work independently and reliably
