Role Overview
Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges
Team with professionals to develop and test strategies impacting the bottom line
Lead strategic intent and delivery across CX initiatives
Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
Drive improvements in credit performance
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
Manage and develop analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience performing people management
At least 2 years of experience performing project management
Master’s Degree (preferred)
2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
