Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups
Build prototypes and partner with Tech to deliver world-class experiences for Capital One associates and HR business teams
Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot issues and oversee launches in partnership with Tech
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
