Centralize and organize purchasing requests for the group's companies;
Obtain quotes from suppliers and lead negotiation processes;
Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process through delivery;
Ensure purchases comply with internal policies and approvals;
Establish and structure the procurement processes for the Tutors Group.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
Experience organizing and centralizing procurement processes, contracts, and supplier management across a group of companies;
Experience in negotiation, handling both purchase execution and the administrative processes related to suppliers, contracts, and supplies;
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands in the context of a business group with several companies and diverse operational needs;
Skills in improving administrative governance processes, managing recurring contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
