Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the deal desk process and implement improvements to reduce cycle times and increase win rates
Cross-functional Collaboration: act as the primary escalation point for sales reps on complex deals, partner with Finance for revenue recognition, Legal for contract redlines, and Product teams for beta/controlled released products
Risk Management: Flag and mitigate risks related to non-standard terms, competitive bids multi-year commitments, and partner deals
Policy Development: Collaborate on updating deal desk playbooks. Support new product launches, and international expansions by adapting deal desk processes
Training & Enablement: Train deal desk team on best practices and policy adherence, conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance
Requirements
5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations roles within SaaS or high-growth tech companies, Experience with contact center software or cloud services a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM/CPQ), familiarity with DocuSign CLM
Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication (written/verbal), ability to influence without authority, and comfort with ambiguity in a scaling environment
Experience with partner/channel deal structures
