Perform advanced process analyses using structured data and Task Mining tools, identifying root causes, bottlenecks, operational patterns, and improvement opportunities;
Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement low-complexity automations (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, simple scripts), ensuring the quality and sustainability of delivered solutions;
Structure and monitor process KPIs and strategic indicators, evaluate results, measure impacts, and propose further interventions when necessary;
Participate in continuous improvement and process reengineering initiatives and projects, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and delivery of expected results;
Prepare executive analyses and materials, transforming complex information into clear, structured content to support management decision-making;
Serve as the technical focal point for client areas, translating business needs into analyses, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Processes, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields;
Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, and Kaizen;
Ability to analyze data and build, track, and interpret operational and strategic indicators;
Advanced knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence) for creating indicators and developing analytical visualizations;
Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, and Kaizen;
Solid experience in mapping, redesigning, and analyzing processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and end-to-end modeling;
Experience working on improvement initiatives and leading projects involving multiple stakeholders;
Strong skills in preparing reports, analyses, and executive presentations.
Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related areas;
Practical experience with simple automations such as Power Automate, scripts, lightweight bots;
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable);
Experience with Task Mining tools (such as Process Mining or similar solutions), including capture, analysis, and interpretation of activity logs to identify improvement opportunities;
Experience in improvement or process reengineering projects within corporate environments.
