Obsess over the customer experience: Own the consumer-facing product from search through booking.
Drive conversion and engagement: Identify where customers drop off and build the features that move the needle.
Lead automation and AI-powered innovation: Eliminate friction across the booking journey through smart tooling and AI-driven recommendations.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and RevOps to ship high-impact work.
Own the metrics that matter: Define and monitor KPIs across conversion, engagement, supply utilization, and net revenue.
Requirements
8+ years in product management with a strong track record of owning consumer-facing products — ideally in marketplace, booking, or travel/hospitality.

You have a sharp design sensibility and deep customer empathy.
Tech-Savvy: Bonus points for experience with AI-powered search or recommendations, personalization systems, or RFP/contracting workflows in the events or hospitality space.
