About this role
Role Overview
Organize appointments, meetings, and discussions, keeping deadlines and workflows in mind
Manage filing, handle follow-up reminders, and support the manager and the team in daily operations
Prepare and maintain reports, statistics, and presentations with care and attention to detail
Support internal projects and contribute to smooth operational processes
Conduct research on predefined platforms and actively assist with the pre-qualification process
Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and internal meetings – from preparation through follow-up
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Office Communication Clerk)
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills, and discretion
Independent, structured working style
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
Driving licence class B
