Role Overview
Lead portfolio management and governance practices
Lead the annual planning process
Partner with Finance to embed data-driven decision-making into business cases
Enable senior leadership decision-making by providing clear insights
Lead and uphold governance frameworks (ODF, DOA, TC)
Develop clear, compelling executive-level materials for internal and external audiences
Requirements
Advanced degree in quantitative discipline
5+ years of experience leading project, program, or portfolio management functions
Strong financial planning and forecasting capabilities
Proven ability to translate delivery performance, investment impact, and risk into clear insights
Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and governance
Strong relationship and influence skills
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
