Role Overview
- Lead portfolio management and governance practices
- Lead the annual planning process
- Partner with Finance to embed data-driven decision-making into business cases
- Enable senior leadership decision-making by providing clear insights
- Lead and uphold governance frameworks (ODF, DOA, TC)
- Develop clear, compelling executive-level materials for internal and external audiences
Requirements
- Advanced degree in quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of experience leading project, program, or portfolio management functions
- Strong financial planning and forecasting capabilities
- Proven ability to translate delivery performance, investment impact, and risk into clear insights
- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and governance
- Strong relationship and influence skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
