Ensure timely completion of daily operational deliverables in line with agreed service levels.
Review and resolve cash and position exceptions as part of the reconciliation governance framework.
Collaborate with Investment Operations and partner teams on process, production, and issue resolution.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to produce accurate management and stakeholder reports.
Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards, including training team members as needed.
Prepare management information through data gathering and data cleansing activities.
Drive process improvements and participate in initiatives such as system transitions and process transformations.
Support compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Act as a backup Subject Matter Expert and support team capability development through updated procedures and training.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment or market operations.
Working knowledge of investment products and operational processes such as reconciliations, settlements, and asset servicing.
Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Experience with third-party financial platforms such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, OMGEO, or DUCO.
Exposure to continuous improvement, automation, or Power Platform initiatives.
Project management or operational excellence training (e.g., PMO, Agile/SCRUM, Six Sigma).
Professional certifications such as CISI, CPA, or CFA.
Experience working on system transitions, automation, or transformation projects.
